Lou Neff Point Roadwork

A segment of Lou Neff Road has been re-aligned and the electrical service has been modified to accommodate the new train turnaround at Lou Neff Point.

Railway Prep &
Railbed Install

The existing gravel rail base has been removed and restored, and drainage issues have been addressed. All new railroad ties and rail have been installed.

Train Depot Renovations

Restoration and maintenance of the existing building has addressed current accessibility issues, lighting, landscaping and functionality in the depot area, to ensure the train is accessible, comfortable and welcoming to all.

Train Tunnel Improvements

Improvements have been made to address drainage in the train tunnel, to provide additional lighting and functional roll-up doors for train storage, and to provide an exciting new experience at the end of the ride.

Train Prep & Testing

Adjustments have been made to ensure the train can run on the new rail (e.g. rail height, railway switches, loading dock, etc.). The crew has also conducted extensive safety and efficiency testing.
